  1. it seems to happen on various projects but it feel like it only does it when it wants too. (i know it's not the case..but it feels like sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't). what i am trying to do is copy some midi notes from the piano roll of one track and paste them to the piano roll of another track. i COULD show a screen shot but it really wouldn't show anything... it is just an error message saying "function not supported in current window". i am taking that to mean "no pasting allowed". another issue that may or may not be related is sometimes a set of midi notes will not make noise with one instrument and will with another. I'm perplexed. I'm sure it's something simple but i've tried lots of things... it's almost like a glitch.
  2. heya Eric. thanks for letting me know. i just updated my signature with the following info... Logic version and sub-version: Logic Pro X 10.2.2. • OS X version and sub-version: OS X Yosimite 10.10.5. • Computer: iMac 27 inch, late 2013 • Processor: 3.5 Ghz intel Core i7 • Memory: 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 • Audio interface manufacturer and model: Roland Duo-Capture EX i hope i did the signature thing correctly and i hope i can find help with my issue. thanks so much!
  3. i am having an issue that doesn't make any sense. i am trying to copy midi notes from one region and paste them to another but i am getting a message that says "function not supported in current window" i can't seem to find help anywhere.. i saw that another guy had th same problem here.. https://discussions.apple.com/message/27238942#27238942 but didn't find any answers. i is very frustrating. i am trying to re-work old midi compositions of mine from high school that i did in fruity loops but it just isn't working right. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
  4. it only happens with some audio recordings. it feels like it does it when it wants to do it. my interface is a roland duo capture ex.
  5. i mean that yes... but it never used to do that before.. also, short fade in's and out's would screw up the flow of the loop wouldn't it? this problem first started with the latest update.
  6. Every time i record audio there is a pop/click kind of sound (that sounds like clipping but is not) at the begging/end of a recording. it is NOT in the recording itself because if i have a little bit of silence before or after...it does not make the noise. when i go to cut the excess silence off...(to make the recording ready to loop) THEN and only then does it make the noise. it makes logic pretty much useless. i have NO effects or plugins running and it still does it. i can only have 1 track and it still will happen. it happens during playback and also when i bounce a song. i am running logic pro x on a late 2013 iMac with 32 gigs of ram and a 3.5 GHz intel core i7 processor. PLEASE HELP!!! thank you.
