It is impossible to set the Komplete Kontrol M32 keyboard to transmit to any other channel than 1

Hello I have 2 Keyboards that I want to use with Logic. BUT the second keyboard is Komplete Kontrol M32 WHICH IS A SHAME can TRAMSIT only to CHANNEL 1. I want to use 2 keyboards to be able to multi record on 2 separate armed tracks (Demix MIDI) in Logic. I was trying this below but this oes not solve the problem because the keyboard simply stops working. Can you please help, is there a way to obey this limitation? I was trying to add Transformem in the Logic Environment Thank you!!!!! 

David - My template has been already created so I cannot choose a new file to do this. I can only resave my template, but Logic forgets it...

Thank you for all your help here. Just a small question. I am using a template. But I have 2 quesitons: 1. How to force Logic X to load whenever I use this template the way that I can always see Capture Recording Button? Even that I save it this way I have always to go back and switch it off. 2. How to force Logic forever to not destroy my talent? I mean when you open a new project it always sets the limit for something like 24, or 50 bars, I do not remember. I do not want that, I want something like 2000 bars. How to fix it?

Thank you. Yes I keep trying, nope the BypassAllControl Surfaces" on does not resolve my problem. Only loading new empty project does resolve the problem, but I want ot use my template. It is in the project inside. Pressing the C6 note sends F 1 127 127. Pressing it with more force sends C 1 0 (0 to 127 depending on force of the aftertouch)

The last one does not work does not change anything.. Please help I was trying to find all, it comes with the template that I load. Only the C6 keys, from yeach keyboard connected does not play )does not send note-on)

Hello, What are GOOD SETTINGS of IOBuffer Size for Spitfire Symphonic Strings? I have a problem because when I want to play and record and use a few tracks I have crackles. Logic gives me option only 512 or 256. 512 is not acceptable for me as it is around 12ms. What can I do to be able to work? Do you have any experience here? Is it indeed like that you need so big buffer size to work. My interface is Fireface 802. MacBook Pro Logic, Vienna Ensemble Pro on a separate computer (this is where is Spitfire playing from). Moving Spitfire to the main computer does not change much I have noticed that meters in Logic show when set to 252 that Audio Meter goes to 99,100%, but well, it is Fireface 802, it should work! I have also noticed, that this high audio meter happens only when I connected all my instanced in my template to the VEP. This is very disappointing because this is the idea of templates. I do not want to disconnect instances when they are ready to play... What is the good solution?

Something strange, I have built my template so I cannot reset anything, something has been set that WHICHEVER keyboard I use connected to Logic, there is a gap, C6 does not give any sound. On every intrsument, every track. It is not a keyboard related issue. What could happen. It comes with my template project. I was trying to find in Logic Pro, Keycommands, presets, and have not found anything that could block my C6 note. Only what works there is aftertouch. Logic displays F 1 127 127, while when I press other notes it writes note symbol (on or off) 1 D6 70 (the last is velocity. What is this F at the beginning? Maybe this way I will find it? When I after touch it does C 1 116 for example. Event editor does not show ANYTHING in place of this C6 note

Hello I need your help about recording options. I updated one of my 17 inches MacbookPros to MacBook 8GB, 1867Mhz LPDDR3 Retina 12 inc Early 2016 - I wanted to have a small ADAT recording computer for my concerts live. I use the newest Logic and I need to record 23 tracks at the same time. I also updated my computer to the newest HighSiera. I connected 2 RME BabyFaces to receive 16 ADAT channels. PROBLEM: all tracks after recording have drops! POSSIBLE SOLUTION? IO Buffer Size was set to 512. What can I do? Will changing it to 1024 change anything? Thank you

Hi again, for reasons that I use Vienna Ensemble Pro I prefer to use MIDI automation while recording. Please are there any totorials how to use MIDI automation (expression, volume etc.) properly? I find it very tricky and sometimes getting strange results. Host automation was always working as it should. But MIDI? Let's say you record a region and then you want to add expression controller, and then some vibrato. Are you doing it on the same track pressing record and then you have 3 regions one on another? How to do it properly? Mostly I use Kontakt thanks

How do you deal in recording piano regions with pedalling? I have a feeling that something has changes since logic 9, I had never this problem before. 1. It has maybe anything to do with Clip Length which is always ticked. WHAT IS IT this thing? 2. Let’s say that you record a region and finish it than you decide to record another region. You shorten a pedal a little bit but unfortunately upon recording there are still issues with Pedal, it does not work as it should etc. How to do it properly? And even later everything starts to work when I glue those 2 regions, but sometimes I do not want to do it at all. Could you please help? thanks

I know, but I need to sort it out because I use a special cabling in the environment so I need to be able to change those track numbers, is there a way to do it?
