And what happens if I use panning above ear level and bounce it for 5.1? that will translate to ear level, or it will be gone? 5. so I can't hear true surround file from my iPhone with my Airpods Pro, correct? or I need a specific app, or otherwise can I hear that from my mac when I connect my AirPods? or only from the Apple Music app?

I have a few technical questions about spatial audio. I hope I can find answers here - 1. when I'm mixing at Atmos (spatial audio) with Binaural mode, I can convert after to 7.1.4 or 5.1.4, and will it be compatible with Dolby atmos 7.1.4 setup? 2. when I'm bouncing directly from the normal "bounce" section' i can see that I have the option to choose surround. When it comes with that option, I can see that the file is muti channel, at 7.1.4 format, so if I want to deliver that file to my client for uploading to apple music or other publishing that requires true surround file, this is how I need to do that? Or do I need to export it as an ADM BWF file? 3. when using the Binaural mode, I can see that it's stereo, compared to the 7.1.4 file multi-channel. What is the difference between them? The Binaural is "emulating" the surrounding environment compared to the 7.1.4 that split the multi-channels for multi outputs? So that means that spatial audio will work on any normal headphones, and when I want to listen to the 7.1.4 file, I need to use the Apple Airpods Pro/Max, and it will translate the file into a surround? 4. when I'm mixing in Atmos, im understand that I can use any headphones. There are no special benefits for the Apple Airpods Pro/Max? 5. I did some tests with 7.1.4,5.1 and binaural, then I bounced it and tried to open from my cloud in my iPhone, I can see that the audio is multi-channel, but I can't hear any difference between the rear (ear level) and the rear top. Yes I'm still reading his test; it is really interesting. But for your suggestion - I did that test, and I still got sound in the null test.

I just did another small test with a different panning mode in logic. I got a complete silence with a null test between them. Also, I made the same test without plugins at all. The same as I did in the video, the result still can hear some guitar parts from logic. I added the file to the link in the video description.

In this test, I did the same mix on various major DAWs and then compared the results by ear and by null test. As far as we know, all the daws sound the same, and it's valid until you start to use the summing engine, and then you can hear the differences. The daws that tested are - Pro Tools 2021 Logic Pro X Ableton Live 11 Studio One 5 Artist Cubase 11 Elements Universal Audio LUNA You can hear the Logic has the most difference, I don't know why it is so different, but I'm pointing to the pan law compensation that Logic uses. I try to print in different pan law mode, but there was no difference. Also, you can see pretty barely the transient of each track that has some slightly different. Especially on Logic... Hey all ! I have a project with busses and auxes and some routings inside , I want to add some template with different routing but keep the same aux and buss in my session ? How can I do it from in the import - other - and select channels - V on I/o , plugins and then logig ask me add all , add per channel. I tried different combinations but always some busses merge together (for example if I had on bus 1 reverb and from the template the bus 1 route to delay, now they both on bus 1) some ideas ?

problem solved by - Delete the Logic 10 preferences file AND the shared control surfaces file. In the Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder from the menu. Type ~/Library/Preferences in the "Go to the folder" field. (note: type exactly as written) ~/Library/Preferences Press the Go button. Remove the com.apple.logic10.plist file. Also delete the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file.

i moved my Logic and my Apple Loops to external drive after make the symbolink shortcut, and i want to download the rest of the sounds that i have in "incomplete" mode, after i click install its show me a message - "not enough free storage space to install selected instruments and loops " i have in the external hard drive more than 300G free, but i think its still looking on my SSD that i have only 30GB free, all the contest that i want to download is around 60G. there is any way to fix that problem ?
