ALSO, Say if i have a song on youtube playing or in itunes, the audio track will record that. Despite my monitors and headphones being turned off.

Someone PLEASE help me! I am going crazy. Basically in Logic pro X AND even in garageband - my audio track is recording ANY sound coming out of the output. Even if its just the click playing - the audio track will record it. It is NOT a sound bleed. I have my monitors off and headphones on low. I have even unplugged the mic from my interface. If i hit record, the track will record everything. Running Logic Pro X on a Macbook pro OS X 10.11 EL Capitan using a Steinberg ur22mkII Any help PLEASE!!

Hey guys, newbie here Im running Logic Pro, using a Steinberg ur22mkll. So i am trying to record a vocal track, So its an audio track, input 1 I can hear my voice if record solo, it sounds fine. The issue is that my audio track is picking up a signal from any other source. Even just using headphones to hear the backtrack while vocals are recorded, the track just automatically picks up the backup track. I tried turning everything off, monitors, headphones etc. and hit record while a song was playing in itunes and the audio track was recording it. What is going on? anyone? Im going crazy thanks a lot
