When I attempt to get to the patches folder via {Home}/Library/Application Support/Logic/Patches/{Channel Strip Type}/, Logic is not located in the Application Support folder. I am not sure if I am doing something incorrectly. Thanks for your help.

It doesn't matter whether the midi controller or headphones are plugged in. When I start Logic it just says "The previously selected interface "Built-in Output" will be used instead for this session.

So is there a way to stop getting that notification?

I have a midi controller connected via USB. It's weird that it just started happening though.

Hello everyone, I am getting the "The last selected audio interface is not available". The problem being that I don't have an audio interface at this point. I am just using a midi controller and headphones. Anyone have this happen before? It just started happening the last few days. Thanks so much. Sulla

Hello All, I am wondering if there is a way to move the playhead while using the midi in function? I understand that you can move from bar to bar, but is there a way to move quickly to different subdivisions? If I am playing something with lots of syncopation it is quite a pain to have to move the playhead with my mouse every time. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Sulla

Has anyone heard anything about free synths like Synth1, OBXD, TAL UNO62 being glitchy or harmful? I have never used a free synth before. Thanks so much! Best Regards, Sulla

When you said: So when you start a new project, before you record anything, do a Save As and check the Audio Files folder in the dialog, give it a name and select your location on the external HD. - Would I be working on the projects on the external HD as well? Or am I working on my projects using my computer and just storing them on the external HD?

So, just to be clear, my 500gb flash storage will be fast enough to work on projects or would I need to get one?
