  1. Thanks Atlas007. I'm not sure if Bounce in Place includes the plug-ins or not. What I was asking, (perhaps not quite clearly enough) is can I run a Bounce of my final stereo mix back into a new track within my session, rather than bounce the final to my desktop. It's no big deal t bounce to my desktop, then copy to iTunes and drag the final mix to a new track in my Logic project, I was just curious if could do it directly. Essentially can I run a stereo mix of my track to new tracks within the DAW itself.
  2. I'm creating a "medley" of many songs and commercials I've written as a demo tape. I've always bounced to my desktop and then dragged the bounce back into the Logic session so I have a 2 track copy there, just for convenience and as a backup. Is there a way to bounce directly to a new stereo track without going to desktop and back? Thanks
  3. Thanks so much Eric, for some reason I didn't notice that. I really appreciate your help I don't know how I managed that, usually I create aux channels by clicking on a bus of a track.
  4. Please tell me what you did on the Apollo. I'm using Logic 10.3.2 in an i7 iMac, using a UAD Apollo 8. My sends aren't working. They were working when I began recording a new vocal. When I went to bounce, they're no longer working. I have reverb on buses 1,2,3, and I'm sending my tracks to them like I always do.
  5. I have my reverbs on buses. They're not working. I use the same plug-ins on all my projects. It was fine this morning when I began recording a new vocal, when the track was finished, I went to bounce for the client, and the reverb was gone on all the buses. I had this problem weeks ago, tried changing buses, gave up, shut down, came back, did it again, and buses were working. Then when I reset the buses back to 1,2,3, they worked. Now, I shut down completely, restarted, and still have the same issue. Anyone have an idea why this is happening?
  6. This was the way my midi files showed up when I first tried to import.
  7. I'll try, thanks, much appreciated. I managed to get it working by opening both projects and just copying and pasting. I'd still like to know why exporting to my desktop and dragging it into the new project didn't work. I'd upload a screenshot to show you the weird stair step of piano tracks I got, but I don't see how to do it. The "insert an image" icon is looking for a URL, not something on my desktop.
  8. I have a project with a drum part bounced in place. I want to change the drums, so I went to an earlier version of the song and placed the Superior Drummer 2.0 midi file on my desktop. I then went back to the project to import that file, but instead of importing the one midi file, I got around 50 piano tracks, each one with a single measure of the imported midi. Any idea what the heck happened? I still want to import that file.
  9. My Axiom pro 61 worked fine the last time I used it. I put it away for a couple of months, plugged it in today, and see no signal reaching the track in Logic. I'm not a keyboard guy at all, but want someone to put a piano track down using the Yamaha Piano in EXS24. I had set it up so long ago, I've forgotten how to do it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I used the USB out to my iMac running 10.12.4 Sierra. Thanks, MJB
  10. I tried shutting the Apollo down, same thing. Restarted the computer, same thing. I'm running Logic 10.2.4
