I use my Akai Advance 61 Controller to trigger Logic Pro transport controls. I was using Logic Pro 10.4 where the transport functions/assignments were working great. I achieved this by going through these instructions..

Now that I've upgraded to Logic Pro 10.7, I've tried to go back to achieve these transport functions but I see now when I go to File > Project Settings > Synchronization then go to Midi, then under MIDI Machine Control (MMC) there is no longer an option to check a box for Listen to MMC Input. I've already tried to edit Key Commands to assign the buttons on the Akai Advance to trigger the play, rec, stop (etc) functions in Logic, but they are unreliable and randomly work here and there (weird, I know).
Anyone have any advice or solved this problem in the new Logic Pro 10.7 yet?
