I want to import multiple audio files that contain markers and tempo into a new Logic project, but Logic only reads the market and tempo of the first audio file. Any hints? Thanks!

As far as I noticed it is not possible to save (or not to save) a project like in the desktop version, it will be saved automatically when you close it, might be a problem sometimes...

Hi, a few bugs that are new to me: 1. When I load a presaved channel strip/instrument Logic automatically names it as <unknown>. In earlier versions it always named it after the name of the instrument. 2. Some libraries are no longer audible when I drag the notes in the piano roll editor which makes the workflow very very complicated, in earlier Logic versions there was no problem at all. Any help maybe? Thanks!

Well, as my sessions are quite large I deactivate the core driver first, after doing this you can work like with a word document

Thanks, I found an easier way: open both projects and copy&paste the desired content and tempo map into the other project...works perfectly and fast.

Hi everyone, following issue: I am used to import data from another session quite often, and it works perfectly, but, let's say I want to import plug ins+regions+tempo from another session into my existing session AND I want it to be placed at a certain point (let's say bar 58) Logic won't do it, it adds the content at bar 1 and overrides the tempo. I tried it with the active cycle mode at bar 58, but no way, always bar 1. Any hints?

You could also try some routing with your audio interface, with UAD it's very easy to record outgoing and incoming signals of the Mac.Maybe same with other interfaces?

My suggestion, stay with Catalina and after Big Sur release wait some months. Never touch a running system

I doubt that this is possible, if yes the result might be not satisfying at all. Maybe you are faster if you transcribe the audio loop into midi manually?

Here I have no issues between Logic and Catalina, everything works as expected. Can you go back to Mojave?This would be probably the best solution. Or try to delete your Logic preference files (back up the old ones).
