  1. I have Logic 10.5.1. Sometimes, I save a project and when I re-open it, it say that some Wav files are missing. I look in the trash, and they are there!!! I have to close the project, put the files back into the project file and re-open the file. It seams to happen specially on files that have been imported from another project. The files have been copied in the project a while ago, I didn't delete any tracks refering to theses file in the project... Someone have a idea? It make me freak out a little bit!!!
  2. Anyone have this issue? The takes 4 and 5 are too late. I have never play like that. Seams to be when I stop / Play / Record fast...
  3. Does anybody know how to make custom 2D icons matching the track color in Logic 10.5?
  4. There seams to be no way to set up a key command... !!! I feel stupid to change 30 tracks one by one... I feel like I'm using ProTools...
  5. I always start with the same tracks with the sames settings on "Pre fader"... I don't know why, but at the end, some tracks are shifted to "Source only" by Logic...
  6. I don't know why, but, when I begin to mix a song, some tracks are in "Source only" mode and others are in "Pre fader" mode... Changing them one by one in the track inspector is long... I'm searching a quick way to put all the tracks in "Pre fader" freeze mode. Somebody know how to do that?
  7. Here: I select 2 stereo regions on a stereo track, I press join, and the track is jointed in mono...... ?????? I have 130 tracks in the doc. Logic 10.4.8 This is a bug or there is something somewhere I didn't see?
  8. Here: I select 2 stereo regions on a stereo track, I press join, and the track is jointed in mono...... ?????? I have 130 tracks in the doc. This is a bug or there is something somewhere I didn't see?
  9. I have juste create 14 empty audio mono tracks. The same amount of tracks that your are recording to.
  10. Seams that it I add 14 audio tracks and delete them, that seams to fix the problem.
  11. On the last version of Logic (10.4.6) I have this error when recording drums: "Can’t find enough empty mono audio tracks to activate “Quick Punch-in” for Core Audio. Please mute regions on 8 more mono tracks." It happen when: - my drum tracks are selected for record (12 mono and 1 stereo) - AND I have already recordes on thoes tracks - AND I have "Quick punch-in" option checked - AND I press play Somebody know how to fix that and make it work as before? (It was working well with older versions of Logic)
  12. There is how I figured out a way to avoid problems: I simply put a dummy track in each bus stack in the template. So, after that, I just have to drag the tracks above it and all is routed without loosing any sends/insert/bus names/folders/stacks! Hope it will help.
  13. Thanks everyone! I begin to figure out what is happening... elik: Since the busses names are "Global" and not "By project", we must keep bus numbers if we need sends named as: "Delay" "Reverb" and "Guitars" instead of "Bus 68" "Bus 87" and "Bus 53". Someone can tell me what is happening at 0:35 of the last video: Why the audio track "Audio 8" become a folder containing the bus track "Kit-C" when I drag the tracks above it?
  14. Oops! You're right! I'm trying to reproduce a bug that I have when i'm importing my template. I didn't see that a track change output when I drag it out of the stack. Thanks. But I'm still having weird problems. I cannot create stacks inside stacks anymore... In the following example, the "DR Trk" stack and the enclosed stacks was imported from my template. Look what is happening when i'm trying to move tracks... I'm confused...
