  1. Can you believe that this bug is STILL here as of 10.3.2!?! Wow! The Logic engineers REALLY do not listen. I have seen bugs lingering literally year after year after year after year. Does anyone know why they don't fix things?
  2. Logic bug... errrrrrrr...... Please watch the video demonstration.
  3. Here's an even better video demonstrating the issue.
  4. You'll have to ask Apple. I reported the bug. Would you mind also reporting it? You might have a much clearer way of wording it to Apple so that they understand exactly what the bug is. I figure if more than one person report it that it will carry more weight too. I am sure you aren't thrilled with knowing bugs like this are hanging around either. Thanks.
  5. Indeed, I was able to reproduce the bug. I was mislead by your comment "I have verified that it is a Multi-Instrument track bug" – since the bug can be reproduced with a single external instrument track. Any advice? These sorts of bugs are serious eyesores and really mess with workflow. To be hanging around version after version is not acceptable. What are the guys at Apple doing?
  6. David, You can easily recreate this bug if you just create a external midi track, not in a folder stack. Then in the mix window try to select back and forth between that midi track and say an aux or the stereo outs. People on Facebook are seeing the same issue and have stated this bug has been here a long long time over many versions.
  7. Please watch this video and tell me how we can get this obvious bug fixed quickly. I have verified that it is a Multi-Instrument track bug. When I create just a single midi track in the Logic environment this weirdness does not happen.
  8. So I just figured out that you have to use the Dual Mono version of any plug-in to get this method to work... Bleh lol. Still can't believe Apple hasn't come out with panning for sends. Anyone have any idea why? Is there some workflow reason?
  9. Doesn't work with Space Designer...? I don't understand why.
  10. This should help? Let me know if you have any questions? Routing.png I tried this exact setup, but say you pan your main track to the hard left, then the panning doesn't work by the time is makes it to say a reverb... At least that is what I found. It's a very finicky work around. Kind of shocked they haven't incorporated panning for sends. I will post a screenshot in a little bit of what I am talked about.
  11. I just tried this. I cannot even get this to work. Can you walk me through that?
  12. HOLY SMOKE!?! All these years and they haven't incorporated this into Logic? Why are such things as these overlooked?
  13. Any users here have any idea how you can control the panning of your sends like you can in Pro Tools?
  14. So check this out... Just for giggles I installed 10.12.4 beta 4 and the crashes are GONE............!
  15. I am experiencing the same issues. Crash crash crash with iZotope especially. It doesn't matter if it is in Logic or Pro Tools actually. Switching between iZotope plugins causes the DAW to crash. I am on a 2016 MPB w/ Touch Bar running 10.12.3 and the latest plugin and DAW versions. It is a NIGHTMARE! Does anyone have any clue what is causing all this? I don't even know where to begin or who to report these issues to. I have sent in a tech support request to iZotope, but unfortunately found that they are one of the worst companies to deal with. So the question is, is this a 2016 MBP issue, an OS issue, or a plugin issue?
