  1. Hmm...that glow looking effects in the bottom looks so childish aka GarageBand
  2. Waveforms are already in Retina. It was fixed in 10.3 I believe. I was reported it several times since 10.0 and they fixed it. If you compare it with 10.0 you’ll ser it was so blurry before. Anyways i hope they will make retina UI for every instruments. This is my biggest wish also
  3. Yes, i just mean that i hope Logic could bring something awesome too. Soon.
  4. Actually, there is something in your words...
  5. Bitwig 3 looks very cool indeed! However, I would be grateful for much less than that... better MIDI Transform implementation and Macros, as well as updating all of the older plugins. Either way, I'm excited to see what the future holds Fingers crossed!
  6. I mean...wow...just look at this! I'm jealous!
  7. Actually this could mean exact opposite. Apple is finishing with LPX10, fixing only critical bugs left. I smell big announcement soon...
  8. Hello. I want to consolidate all my music production files (sounds, midi clips, IR files, presets) in one place. I know Logic stored all user created stuff inside Audio Music Apps folder. I thought it would be nice to create my own subfolders there and store everything inside Audio Music Apps folder. Its also cool to backup just one folder. However, there is one thing i'm unsure about...I've read before, this folder is somehow hard linked to another hidden folder somewhere. I don' know anything about it, and i don't know how it was done. So i worry i might break something if i will mess around inside it. So is it a good idea to create my own folders there? Thanks.

    next update

Next Logic Pro X update will be biggest ever since 10.0...Mark my words
  10. What a noob Thank you million times Eriksimon! You were absolutely right. Some of the samples are in 48kHz. But Logic never asked me whether i want to convert it to 44Khz. Anyway the problem seems solved.
  11. Hi, i'm on the verge of despair with this issue. Every time i'm trying to import a WAV file into my Logic project it changes its pitch. And i'm not talking about Apple Loops, it happens with commercial sample packs (WAV's) and services like Splice. This is a disaster for me. Why Logic decides that i need to change pitch of an audio file? And how to switch it off? I beg for a solution, please!
  12. I bet its just an user error...
  13. Maybe its the same problem as this one? viewtopic.php?f=1&t=135969
  14. Thanks for a workaround tip Eric. However this is still a critical bug for. If i can't trust a grid that means core functionality of a DAW is just broken.
  15. 120 BPM is not affected. Please read my first post entirely. Try to do the same thing with let's say 116 BPM and then invert phase on the second track. And you'll see... P.S. On relative snap its even worse, which makes sense since its never meant to work like this.
