Thanks Eric! Yes those files are with correct permissions i.e. Read and Write. Actually i have moved those big files back from my hard disk to the exact location in Logic where they use to be..

I had to format my system so I took backup of all the main contents like Apple loops, Alchemy Samples, EXS Factory samples, Ultrabeat samples in my hard disk and formatted the computer. Then installed Logic fresh and moved those contents on the same place from my hard disk. Open Sound Library Manager is showing all contents installed but lot of sounds are missing from the Library contents, as if it is not yet installed... Please help... Thank you!

Thanks David, I have already given the feedback to Logic Team, hope they will come with the solution in next upgrade.
