  1. In my case, I wan't to get the computer to sing traditional kids music.
  2. I've been looking to the Vocaloid synthesizers and they are impressive, if one compere them to what a singing synthesizers were able to do a decade ago. English: Spanish: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= Japanese: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= At this point I'm not quite sure if when they refer to Vocaloid, they are talking about the singing synthesizers, or rather is a new genre of music sung by a real person, I'm a bit confused now.
  3. Sorry for bumping up this old thread, but I just found about Vocaloid because of . Does anyone know if it is already available on OS X? or is this accomplished by connecting a PC to a Mac kind of think?
  4. If you haven't deleted the bom's ("bill of materials") that get stored in System/Library/Receipts for those packages, you can use Pacifist (shareware) to see what the packages contain, and where their content is supposed to go. J. Thanks, I was able to use pkgutil as specified here to get rid of the packages.
  5. I installed most of the legacy stuff from pkg files downloaded from the links here but I've deleted all the installers, do you know of some kind of tool that could track what those pkg file installed.
  6. I couldn't find an option on Logic Pro X to remove the legacy stuff in the library. The only options available are for installing new sounds. Also I'd like to know whether those projects that make use of deleted sounds could be edited as normal, or will Logic prompt me to download only the missing sounds?
  7. Does anyone know of a good B3 organ soundset for logic to play baseball tunes? I've tried all the organs in the sound library but none sounds quite like those baseball tunes. I haven't tried to make my own custom version from one of the existing tough, because I'm not familiar with how it is done.
  8. That did the trick, thank you so much.
  9. For some reason Logic Pro X doesn't show the Music Box option on the EXS24 options. I copied the folder SC Music Box to ~/Library/Application Support/Logic/Sampler Instruments, then closed Logic and open it again but the Music Box option is not showing up. Also if try to open the files with EXS extension, Logic show a error saying that couldn't open the file. Any idea what could be the problem?
