Hiya,
I am looking for some pointers before randomly purchasing logic pro x. gear.#, because it is a heavy investment but one I have to make at some point.
I am going to want to use logic alongside my trusted roland vs2480 set up for now, but i want to switch all over in time, space being a problem i figure that the new imac would sit downstairs with my current studio upstairs, lots ot current wav transfers etc.
however, I have found this imac bundle and wondered if the specs are sufficient to run and record/mix logic prox? would you change anything on the spec below for whatever reason?
Also any pointers on what else would be needed to recird direct to logic would help. I record guitars, bass, have a host of microphones, akai 5000, triton le,
what else would i have to purchase to be able to record these into logic directly? I also want to eventually record drums and horns.
specs of the imac are below, any assistance would be greatly appreciated guys;
