  1. Thank you Arnaud––after using Time Machine to revert back to Logic 10.3.3, my project file was unharmed, so I've figured out that it was indeed the update that caused the massive routing errors. Strange, because a lot of my other files that I'm working on transferred to 10.4 completely okay. I attempted to do what you suggested and routed each of the instrument outputs and Sum folders to the Stereo Out, including the Boutique 909 track that was routed to itself. While this helped the problem, it seemed as though there were still lots of issues––for example, the compressors on every sidechained instrument were not activating so there was no sidechaining, and all of the reverb busses (such as the Short Hall reverb and the Botta Church reverb that normally are routed to bus 1 and 2) were incorrectly routed. As much as I would like to fix these issues and work on the file in 10.4, 10.3.3 still works perfectly okay. Since my mix is mostly finished, I'll just continue working on the file in the older version of Logic for now. However, if you have any idea of how to fix the remaining routing errors, I would love to hear them. Thank you so much for your help though! What a strange bug, I've never seen anything like it before.
  2. Hello, I have a project in Logic Pro that I've been working on for a year and a half, and with each Logic update, the file has reacted fairly well. However, for some reason, the new 10.4 update has CATASTROPHICALLY affected the project. My other projects are totally fine, but for some reason, this one has been affected the most. While all of my instrument tracks/audio tracks would normally output to the stereo output, almost all of my tracks are being routed to Bus 1. To be honest I cannot really make sense of what has happened, but the result has basically rendered the file useless. I've attached some pictures of my problem to this post. Is there any way I can restore my logic file to it's original routing? I tried reverting to a saved backup and even tried using Time Machine to revert to a very old version of the file, but the routing issue is still present, so the problem must lie in the new 10.4 update. I would appreciate any and all help I can receive. Thank you all so much!! -NUCLEUS This is what my bus routing looks like now. I did not intentionally route each instrument to it's own bus. Each instrument has been routed to Bus 1, which is supposed to be reserved for the Boutique 909 Drum Machine. All tracks being routed to that bus results in an absolutely insane clip level, and no audio is able to play.
  3. Thanks for the reply guys! Super helpful!
  4. Hello, I've been working in Logic Pro X for a while now and my sustain pedal has worked with Logic along with my Oxygen 49 Controller perfectly, until recently. For some odd reason, when I use the sustain pedal on an instrument track, the sustain pedal by default now acts as a bypass for the first plugin in my plugin bank (which is normally the Channel EQ). Bypassing the control surface remedies this and makes the sustain pedal act as it should, but the transport buttons and the faders/knobs I have mapped to different functions stop working as a result since I bypassed the controller, which ultimately slows down my workflow. Can someone please help me figure this out? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. This is so weird...
