Great. No, it won't because you would have a true input - such as a microphone. Basically without a true input, you were funneling live sounds that you were making. If you turned on a channel to input 1 again and talked out loud you'd probably hear yourself talking (if you wore earphones or headphones). I've done this, too, and it freaked me out the first time! If you don't need to record something (or you have already finished your recording), just highlight all audio channels and switch to 'No input' - because you don't need your inputs anymore.
