  1. I should have known it would be an extremely easy fix. Thank you.
  2. Hi, I switched to a different computer two weeks ago, and ever since the sound library doesn't come up. I've tried getting it to open with both the stock plug-ins and plug-ins I've downloaded, but the library for the specific plug-in I'm using won't come up. Does anyone know how to fix this?
  3. You're welcome! Glad I could help The advantage of using LFOTool is that you can change the length of each riser, instead of relying on a sample/loop Enjoy! Exactly, being able to change/tweak it is much better than a sample thanks again!
  4. wow, they sound perfect!! I really appreciate it, thanks!
  5. The best way to create this is by using a Comb Filter and then automating the frequency. I have LFOTool and its comb filter works like a charm (tweaked the right way)! If you use LFOTool I will be happy to send you the presets I created for that. thank you for the info! I've never used LFOTool before, but it would be great if you sent the presets so I could use them once I download it!
  6. I've heard this effect in many songs over the past few years (decade, honestly) but I can't re-create it. It sounds like white noise in a tube, and I've tried a flanger, a pitched tone with white noise, filter sweeps, very short reverb, but nothing sounds right. It can be heard at 1:53 here: 2:15 here: and many other songs, but these are the two that have it clear to hear. I'm sure it's not that difficult, but I can't think of what to do to make it sound right. Please let me know what works and sounds just like this
  7. this is the best recreation of the sample slowing effect I can do, it just takes a while to do this since you have to nudge every file to be a little bit past the one that just played. http://picosong.com/wCBdC
  8. thanks, I recreated that and it sounds pretty good, I'm just wondering how I could create that with something like a kick or any audio samples, which I can't figure out how to do I want a smooth slow down with no pitch change on the sample
  9. bump since I'm curious and other people may find this interesting!
  10. I'm trying to figure out how to make a clean sound like the one in the video, of a sample steadily getting faster or steadily slowing down. How can this be done in logic? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcLuUUpMvhc
  11. bump because I still haven't been able to fix this.
  12. Hello, I even snapped the mute automation to the grid, but nothing makes it sound better. Here's a link to a video with audio of what's going on (turn up your volume, it's quiet). I really don't know how to fix this, but another track plays after the period that a silent track is supposed to be soloed. Neither sound right. Does anyone know how to fix this and get a clean stop/mute? Thanks! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G46znroHbtQ1u9lGXmnf7KgKT4hMOc7Z/view?usp=sharing
  13. Choose Window > Show Musical Typing, and use the same instructions as in my previous post. thank you!
  14. Yes. old thread /bump/ but how do you do this?
