Hey guys, having bass guitar plugged to Focusride 1818 and this one, via usb into my mac. I can her the clean sound of the bass. Track Fader shows signal. I can not apply any logic sound to the channel. Input is set to "In 3" (as the bass is plugged in) I can not apply any instrument to the input button. Clear Bass signal only. Further, I don't know the use of the I and R buttons on there track bottom. Probably a complete rookie question, though, otherwise I'm fine for the moment.. Anny suggestions welcome. Kr Rob

Hi, thx for reply. The files are not on the components folder. Where can I select AU? Within Native Access? Has it something to do with the download location within preferences of my Native access account?

Hello. I've purchased the Komplete 13 update and downloaded all plug ins in Native Access but the plug ins and effects don't show in Logic. I've followed the instructions on the NI website to fix the issue but failed. The files are not in the folder HD/Library/Audio/plug-ins/components. There are new files in the folder HD/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments (I.E. Session Guitarist - electric Sunburst) but they are 3KB only. Can somebody please advice? Thanks Robert

thanks both for advise. I've disconnected my midi keyboard and it stopped. Still going well, even I've plugged in the keyboard again.. (sometimes it feels to me like the ghost in the machine is in logic..

software instruments. Yes there are regions. There are no volume events inside. It's happening to every track in every song, as soon I work in the track. It's like a ghost is pushing the faders up. I can hold the faders down manually against the "will of the ghost". then for a while the fader stays, until it jumps to max. volume again.

Hello, inspite there's no automation at all applied, my faders are moving by themselves to max. volume. It's happening as soon I click on a track. I can pull down the fader but they jump always back to ma max. volume. why is this happening and what can I do to stop it? thanks for help Rob

Well, I can run the plug ins on both computers now. But they are on the internal drive so far and not on the external drive. Well I continue trying... In regard sailing, my route will be from Colombia up to New Foundland. Thus I will hang out a while in NYC around June. You're from Brooklyn right? Would be awesome to meet, have a beer and look into each others logic tunes. Cheers Rob

thanks, I will go sailing for 6 month and want to work on my songs on the boat. I figured out that the synth plug ins as massive etc are running as well on my mac book pro (don't ask me why... . So I just want to move some effect plug ins as RC24, Solid EQ, Driver etc on my external hard drive. Should be possible, right?

Hi, at home I'm using a mac pro tower OS X 10.11.6 and while traveling a mac book pro 10.11.6. Can I move all native instrument plug ins as Massive, Absynth, Solid EQ FX, RC24 etc to an external hard drive so I can use it from my mac pro tower and mac book pro? I'm using logic pro X 10.3.3 Cheers Rob
