I have OS 10.12.6 and Logic Pro X 10.3.2 When I play on keyboard (Yamaha) the 1/16 turns to cluster. I have Quantize at 1/64 (I first believed it was quantize ⅛ that was the problem). I didn't have problem with Logic Express. Midi is "Midi mate" This is an example how it look. First I play ¼, then ⅛ and at last 1/16 (and I really do lift my fingers from the keyboard). Is there any other settings that I have to do?
