Well im making it well past the time its been taking to fall out of tune so for now im assuming that it works. I took a good look at the input filter and noted my pitch wheel doesnt pitch down so youre probably right. Ill have to give some things a look and see what i can get into =) Ill be back if theres an issue but the thing is--yea the Radium right?--a big muff pi+tone wicker like, ive owned several since i was a teenager because no power chords and hey you can pretend you can fuzz. i sell that and scrape a bit and pick up the run of the mill controller but the radiums keys....i feel like itll be easier for my hands to get more savvy. Thanks so much (assuming that was truly it) If anyone likes hardware, Heather Brown is making some gain boxes now that are really cool (dry/(mild)wet or silicon/germanium knobs), and Does it Doom made three just next level single knob gain units that id happily throw on a synth but the neutron is keeping me really stoked over here even without dyadic sustain. Coolest set of bagpipes i could imagine is kinda my gaff at it haha. Cre8audio with some Make Noise and some Erika and whomever else i enjoy and im probably not selling this neutron, but im quite fond of a number of plugins (what cant the monster fuzz do. sound quality i hear you but what CANT it do?) Really really super so duper gosh darn appreciated!

Ive tried resetting logic entirely, all of my firmware/software updates, reinstalled a plugin, project settings>tuning and the tuner is not working, and since all of my equipment is Mac OS 11 compatible im even considering moving from Mojave. If everything is briefly in tune i might actually hear it slip down like its a tuning peg on a guitar or something. ---- Here is the template i was making to try and just play around with all my keys on hand. Id love a subharmonicon, a modest rack for the neutron, and sure actual pads?...but i figure with my friend's gear included weve got a band forever combining our might lol... Mojave 10.14.6 (everything i run seems to be Big Sur compatible but i have some hard drive cleaning to do for the move if thats somehow the issue here...) Logic Pro X 10.5.1 M-Audio Radium 49 - USB connection, Pitchbend down (not up), seems to be the only malfunction. Ive yet to assign every parameter but they seem to work fine, and a month or so ago this tuning issue was nowhere on the same plugins. Behringer Neutron - Osc2 needs to be just past noon as usual but its fine and in tune, USB/Midi both and both through the Radium. AIR music Mini Grand - 1 tone down Thenatan Tapex Lo-Fi Tape Piano - 1 tone down UVI Mello - 1 tone down Arturia Emulator V II - With the tuning capabilities its difficult(ish) to say but my patches do not match the Neutron nor the external tuner. Stock Vintage E-Keys - 1 semitone down ---- Factory resets, updated firmware and drivers, reinstalled the mini grand, im not sure whats going on here. Ive made about 85 tracks im very proud of but the full band compositions often need further arrangements. Ive yet to apply my Electronic Empty Kit(s) and see if the same issue somehow persists but if so i would have no clue why. My suspicion that might render this message longwinded (oh me lol) is the Radium only supports the hardware synth, but i was using it for months with no issue so im quite perplexed and money isnt exactly in my vocabulary lol. I can sell a big muff and scrape a bit next month but this is the nicest controller ive ever owned... --- Been a really rough couple years (random rentals) and im really thankful for the gear i have. I was hoping to relax in my private library and just practice my key skills or get some loops going for leisure if i dont have time to finish my compositions. Im sorry, lol, random note, but spiderman taught me power and responsibility at a young age and im really just bummed that i moved to such a great house and my gear has persisted in being out of tune. I only sit down to play every so often now, approaching 30, but this problem began before i moved. If i have to spend some time on Reverb.com i guess i do but this whole setup is just so satisfactory... In the name of Paul friggin McCartney im worried a full-on upgrade to 'Big Sur' will do it but im really not that kinda guy...im happy with Mojave and will update when i need to? idk, i cant elaborate. exclusive group is usually grey. since i learned of ultrabeat today, id imagine that has an effect on how i was able to access the function. so that was a long informative way of saying no? lol? it seems like i need 3 pads for 3 snares, but i dont mind that too much. just wouldnt prefer it.

yea exclusive group seems to be greyed out a lot of the time? that would sure make things easier.... while im at it, am i asking for DMD to be the MPC its not, or can i layer samples to one pad via velocity setting? soft snare, normal snare, hard snare, based on velocity? thats my final question im scouring the internet for.

i got it. in ultrabeat, each trigger must be individually set to match the subgroup. subgroup on the left per sample, click on sample, and tigger group on the right side of ultrabeat must apply.

Hi, i seemingly found the right answer to this issue multiple times. the grouping. supposedly, excuse me if im wrong or if theres a more informative answer on the forum.....you simply assign two pads to the same group and they will choke eachother, OR, as i personally thought may solve the issue, you MUST use the samples labeled as 'open' and 'closed' hi hat in DMD, yet then again, simply group them together. I dont seem to be getting any results?

Hi, if theres a link that answers this please share and dont roast me; i find the learning curve with Logic difficult and the help desk and online tutorials to be..sufficient but not truly satisfactory. I learned to compose music with a guitar and a loop pedal. when i loop an audio track in logic, i know now how to expand each take into a track (finally). I would like to do the same with my midi recordings and cant find which command can make it happen. i.e. instead of a ton of midi data in one loop/track, i have a new track every time the loop restarts, and the loop before is not communicating with my synth to halt my current playing. this way i can jam for quite a while and keep my takes. i know its possible to use the pointer tool to loop the whole section i compose with for like 2 minutes, but it would just be so much easier now that i have synths and beats running too, if i could do what i here propose. thanks so much for any help!

Hi there! ive been pouring through youtube videos, other forum threads, and this forum itself in order to figure out how to slave my MPC to Logic. i just cant seem to get it right. i have MPC midi sync set to slave, midi out to interface midi in, and im pouring through project settings and preferences regarding MIDI and i just cant get the darn things to hook up. MPC settings: receive channel one, soft through as track, pad to sampler on, sync>slave, and default to pad is set to...whatever pad i hit? as for logic, im pouring through everything i can find and just cant get it. ill keep at it, but if anyone can help with the struggle id be really appreciative. in this forum there were two threads and neither seemed to get it done for me.

i got it working, and unfortunately the sequencer is internal only, pretty big bummer. i dont know if theres some sort of "problem solved" button around here cuz i see check marks and such on other threads, but problem solved! for some reason having the midi cable from the juno to the interface while the juno was already connected usb was...bad idea.

hey, thanks man, but i think im cornering the problem. i think my module is having real issues. rerouted the signal like you just said and was able to get play back but the signal goes absolutely haywire, spitting out noise and random notes, the midi screen next to the tempo dock going insane. now im looking to get my drivers and system updated, but im plugging in JU06 straight to my computer and its not showing up as a disk drive. i might be pretty screwed here, happy freaking thanksgiving lol.

midi out from a roland PC200MKII and in to the JU06. midi out from JU06 into an m-audio fast track pro (in the market for a new interface soon), and m-audio fast track into logic via usb. ive successfully made an aggregate device between the boutique and the m-audio fast track pro. as far as i can tell, because of how far ive gotten, im setting my separate tracks up with the appropriate input and output channels. yes i was speaking of logics mixer, i dont have my own. my bad if my terminology is shaky. when i use any of the software instruments im golden. i can get the JU06 to "monitor"? (meaning i can hear it via the fast track pro and not standard amp connection) and it will record data from the keys. but no recording sequencer data (my main objective), and no playback.
