you can have multiple MIDI-fx in a multi-instrument but they send on all midi-channels... that is the problem.

it's not a scaler-problem, it's a logic-problem: multiple MIDI-channels including individual MIDI-fx in a multi-instrument are not possible. in general, logic is not very flexible as for a as MIDI-routings are concerned.

why does it show logic 10.5.1. under "incompatible updates"? (see screenshot) I was able to download the trial version.... should I just go ahead and use that one? thank you.

hi I have tried with 2 compatiple systems to upgrade from logic 104.8. to 10.5 or 10.5.1. but the app store download just does not complete. it starts ok.. but then the cursor keeps spinning forever. anybody? thank you!
