i use two monitors and don't have this issue.. didn't before last update either.

i know this is old but THANK YOU!! as soon as i seen your comment about the SYNC settings i remembered hitting the icon when i meant to click the tuning fork and then i couldnt tell if it was off or on cuz i made some mistakes with the gui and the off and on look identical and i never looked at it before to know what was normally selected and never thought of it being the issue.
