  1. Nope, works just fine here, even with the highly unusual KC assignments you chose
  2. That would be the step width in time, which doesn't apply to value changes of course. AFAICT the step width is fixed to 1/100 of the parameter range for the Nudge Automation Up/Down commands
  3. There's actually people on this forum who want to help other Logic users ("worshippers" or not) with their problems. That's why it's called logicprohelp, I guess.
  4. So you're only on this forum to spew your hate? Classy!
  5. So, is there a preset called "cl" loaded in the first slot's plug-in (i.e. the Channel EQ)? Also, would it be possible for you to share the project here (remove all audio files from it, and also all regions in the tracks area as they are not relevant for this) so we can further analyse this?
  6. I assume this is for a software instrument plug-in that currently plays a monophonic sound? In that case this would depend on how the plug-in itself handles this. E.g. in Retro Synth, "Mono" mode wil retrigger the C when you release the G, while "Legato" will simply change the pitch to C without retriggering
  7. Sorry been a bit busy... looks like it works, no idea what I was doing.
  8. That surely doesn't work here, so I wonder which magical settings I need to have active to make that work (my "R" is assigned to "Record" and Space Bar is assigned to "Play or Stop")?
  9. did you try the two workflows (or rather workarounds) I described above?
  10. This is totally not super simple in Logic. In fact that workflow doesn't exist at all. So one thing you could do is click on your marquee selection (to split the existing region at the marquee borders), then mute the new region inside the marquee and record on another track. Another possibility: monitoring during pre-roll seems to work when you start recording anywhere before the auto-punch area, so if you place the playhead a bit - say, a quarter note - before the marquee and make sure "Play From Marquee Selection" isn't checked (long click the play button for that) it should work as well.
  11. ...or post the project itself (minus the audio files) so others here can check
  12. I just tried with a file from this package https://github.com/ambisonictoolkit/atk-sounds/releases/tag/v1.0.0 (EDIT:seems to happen with all files in that package) and indeed I see the same issue here. So, an issue with Ambisonics files in Logic. Could you report it via Apple's feedback page?
  13. Do you own one? In that case you could record a short file and check if the issue is reproducible with that as well.
