  1. oh man! thanks for this. i have a few BCRs sitting around. will check this out.
  2. Hi All just wondering if this has been fixed? I just bought a behringer x-touch compact and am trying to get the logic mixer window to scroll to the set of 8 tracks being controlled by the xtouch. It works fine in arrangement view, as the window scrolls to show the controlled tracks, just doesnt work the same in the mixer window. For example if my screen only shows 16 tracks but i have 24 tracks in session, if i bank to 17-24, the mixer window doesnt scroll so i can see the last tracks, they stay off screen.
  3. actually i have just been digging more into mackie control and it looks like i can control all the sends of the selected track by just using mackie control without worrying about smart controls - press the sends mode button and vpot6 together. that changes the sends mode so all send's levels on the selected track are controlled by the vpots!
  4. Hi I have a behringer xtouch mini using Mackie control in logic latest version. Mackie control is working as expected. I am trying to use the xtouch mini's 8 vpots to control 8 sends on a selected track. It seems like smart controls is the easiest way to do this?? Im still new to logic so if anyone else has an easier way to have knob control of several aux sends, please let me know. anyway, i have mapped the vpots to smart controls fine but im wondering if there is a way that the xtouch mini could auto map vpots to the first 8 dials in a smart control of a selected track? im currently using plugin mode on the xtouch and mapping using the learn function. it would be great if there was a way not to have to do this for every track! any help appreciated.
  5. Hi is the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file still available? its showing as unavailable on dropbox. i would love to try this out. thanks
  6. Hi i am an ableton live user moving to logic for mixing purposes. In ableton i can set a key command for any button in a plugin. Im just trying to work out how to do that in logic so im not so dependent on the mouse and dont have to keep plugin windows open. Ive looked under key command/edit but it doesn't seem to display plugins there. the plugin im using is ISOL8 which solos or mutes frequency bands eg sub, bass, low-mid etc. im wanting to assign a key command to the buttons that solo or mute. can anyone point me in the right direction on how to achieve this?
