hey picking this back up my recording delay is set to 35 samples. i cant seem to pinpoint it to one plug in. the later in a session i get as the more likely it will happen. but i have just started working on a session witth very little plugs nothing on the master and it is doing it again. could it be fab filter? not sure what to do when i find out which one it is. thanks

I haven’t noticed it happening when I have no plug ins. But haven’t really tested that too much.

fab filter eq and comp. i had auto tune bypassed at times tried taking it off as well. didnt seem to matter. It’s stopped doing it for a while but would put random takes late every once in a while.

tracking a vocal today and logic is randomly putting each pass at random spots like so have been early but most have been late. it seems to be doing randomly some times the vocal is on sometimes its half a beat late so frustration. thanks for any help

finally getting around to this session (a baby decided to show up). so this session some how got saved as a package instead of a folder is there a way to access the audio files in a package. or a way to convert it without having to open it? thanks

Wow super helpful thank you! I’m realizing it was a vocal track so there are multiple audio files. Trying to figure out how to identify all the audio tracks with that file. And repairing audio is there a resource on how to do that? Thank you so much.

i have a logic session that wont open but through importing i have located the corrupted file. is there a way to load the session with out the bad track/file. really trying to avoid building the whole session over thank you so much. been at it for hours and cant seem to get it back to where it was. thank you!! hello! does anyone know how i can get back to the previous version of logic i was running. somehow my computer updated to the new version and its messing up a bunch of songs. i might have clicked something when i opened it that started this whole mess. uggggg. thanks Mat

hello! Im entering the mix phase of a song and want to ditch all my alternatives before i send it on to mix. Mostly so the session is smaller and easier to send on. Any tricks to get it ready for that? Right now i have a very small track count song but when i do a "save as" onto my desktop it is still over 3 gigs (in some of the alternatives i cut a ton of guitars trying out sounds) thanks!! Mat

is there a way to change the comp on multiple tracks at the same time? we recorded drums that have 8 tracks and im curious if there is a way around having to manually select ever take on all tracks to listen to the different passes? like i have to open the snare folder and select take 3 and open the kick drum and select take 3 and the hat.... ect its really annoying. ha mat

i forgot my iloks the other day and started a project with stock logic plugs they are great and could take you all the way if you wanted to do it that way. i do feel like they might lack some precision in certain instances (fab filter all day for multi band comp or detailed eqs, mid side eqs). they also lack some vibe when you want extreme character (like say soundtoys plugs). so you could do it all with logic but might be able to do it better if you open up your tool box.
