Over the years, for my vocals, each of these audio processing solutions have shown themselves glitchy, then effective, then glitchy. I prefer Melodyne, but I want to use the one that will cause the least problems.
Currently, does anyone know which option is more stable?
I use pitch correction, formant shifts, and vibrato adjustments. I also like being able to adjust timing, which is one reason I prefer Melodyne, it seems more intuitive.
And if Melodyne, is it okay to record with regular Logic on my M1 Macbook Pro, then re-open Logic via Rosetta to do the Melodyne work? And then when done... open in regular non-Rosetta Logic again? OR, should I just be working in Rosetta all the time, since using these tools is a big part of my work?
Thanks for any help.
