  1. What would y’all recommend? I use the top town so I do some EQ in the 480-520 range and cut at the boxy frequencies around 1-3 dB and the. Compress pretty hard for my mixing. I haven’t got to test this yet since I’m at work right now.
  2. I have my mix run to a mix buss with compression on it. I didn't think to disable those for a test. I'll have to try that tomorrow.
  3. See title. I'm sure this is an easy fix but I'm not sure why this is happening.
  4. Dude... when HD TVs came out, we got one and the first thing I did was hook my SNES up to it and load up Chrono Trigger. I knew it didn't get any better than it was, but the TV was so big and bright and I enjoyed it. I think I didn't use it right
  5. Greetings all, I currently have: MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012) 2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Would a M1 Mac Mini out perform this? I was having a conversation with a guy and he was explaining to me the processing power of the M1 and how it's going to do away with RAM because of how powerful it is. Thoughts?
  6. No problem! I can’t remember what the site was but I got a free to use bass drop for metal.
  7. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8gew88iskb7wjdi/Trust%20Is%20Used.mp3?dl=0 Tell this to continue to web and go to about 3:00. When that second part of the bridge comes in is where the bass drop is. I found a free sample and low passed it to 400 and accented the 50 by 1.5 db or so.
  8. I found me one. I’m really happy with it.
  9. Did you notice my previous suggestion to produce them? Yep. I don't know how to but want to learn.
  10. seriously. i tried a bass drop with an upright bass, and was on crutches for six months... Did you learn your lesson?
  11. Dude....I'm trying to look civilized in a coffee shop while keeping the coffee in my mouth... Im not doing very good with comments like that. You made me chuckle.
  12. Thank you! I'm diggin' this community. You guys are really patient with noobs.
  13. I don’t know how I did it, but on another session I was able to take a snippet that I recorded on one of the tracks and make that particular section fade out without going to the automation area. In reaper, I can scroll to the top right of the recorded part and drag and select the way I want it to fade out. I’m not sure how to do that in logic. Any pointers?
  14. That last song has them all over the place. There’s that low in impact and rumble I’m just about any time instruments are coming in or section comes in and in the middle of the bridge.
  15. When all the instruments come in around 0:13
