  1. Hi folks, title says it all. Just got a Mac mini in the studio to free up my MacBook Pro for mobile use. Have installed Logic and I was hoping to use the Logic sound library on my USB SSD that I use with the MacBook but Apple's support page on moving the Logic sound library says "You can't share a Sound Library between Mac computers. If you have more than one Mac running Logic Pro or MainStage, each Mac needs its own Sound Library." Surely not? I only have a 250GB SSD on the Mac mini and don't want to lose 75Gb for something I already have on a disk.
  2. Yup, still works fine here. I'm not planning to move from Mojave for a while, so I'll keep using it as long as it works..
  3. Yes! 10.4.7 fixed it! Works as it should now. Whoop whoop!
  4. If it helps, I use a Mackie Control Universal Pro and extender on 10.4.6 with no problems, so it's not an issue with the software no longer supporting the Mackie Control.
  5. I have the same interface as you (Element 46) and for some reason the latency figures vary slightly for the same buffer sizes, depending on the project. 7.4ms is normal for 128 buffer size though and that's what it reports for the fairly complex track I'm working on right now. I started a new project earlier with just a couple of audio tracks and it was reporting 6.4 ms at 128, which goes down to 2.8 at 32 buffer size.
  6. Hey, thanks for the quick reply. Yep, automation records as expected when moving the plugin controls by mouse. Moving controls on the controller makes all the plugin controls move as expected, it just doesn't write anything to the automation. Also, Logic's own plugins work as expected, it seems to be just third party ones that are affected. I've unwrapped, re-wrapped and re-scanned them all but no difference. I'll contact Novation and see if they can help..
  7. Hey y'all, I was a member here from years back, but I can't remember my login and I probably don't have that email address anymore.. Anyway.. I can't seem to write automation data from Automap (4.12) and my 25Sl mk2 into Logic (10.4.6). It all works fine when I move a control in real time but none of the automation data is captured when I try to write (any mode). I'm pretty sure it used to work fine. Am I missing something obvious? I've reinstalled Automap and done the Login setup process again but no dice. I've attached a grab of my controller preference window.
