  1. Hey Christian, Ja schade. Thx for your quick reply.
  2. Hi folks, Pasting plugins from a mono track to a stereo track. Plugins remain mono (see pic). Is there a quick way to change all to stereo at once? Thanks
  3. You will be saving me hours, going forward. Much appreciated!
  4. Hi Folks, For lack of terminology, I hope I'm still understood. Provided that I have enough audio to pull from, is there a command that lets my "force legato" the region to the next region to the the right, in the tracks view? Thanks, yinyue
  5. It looks more to me as if you are trying to map them to different input devices. Mainstage 1.jpg If you still want to use different MIDI channels you'll probably have to use the Channel Filter setting with the Scripter MIDI-FX plugin. Nice! I'm well served with the answers here, thanks!
  6. Awesome, thanks guys. Must be some of my equipment, I'm not working with MIDI Controllers except TouchOSC w/o Faders
  7. Hi Forum, Out of curiosity, could someone explain to me (point me to the manual, etc.) what these two bars mean in the track view (see screenshot)? Thanks, Best
  8. Hi Forum, I can't find a way to 'ungray' the tick-box to disable Mainstage's saving EXS Samples; they get 0.5gb per file; that's a little much. I must be missing something. I'd be glad if someone could lead me to the setting. Thx,
  9. Hi Forum, Trying to speed up workflow. Crossfades can be automated via the key commands. Is there a way to automate Fade In/Outs? Thx, Best, Yinyue
  10. Hi Forum, I'm updating my custom library patches (".patch" files) and found some instruments (orchestral sections especially) that sound only once CC1 or 11 is triggered. Is there a way to save default CC values into the patch files? I can't see how that would work, but then, my understanding of Logic has always been more pragmatic than exhaustive… Thanks for the feedback, Best, Yinyue
  11. Hi Forum, I'm trying to Map different Tracks to different MIDI Channel. E.g.: Software Instrument 1 & 2 to MIDI Ch. 1. Software Instrument 3 & 4 to MIDI Ch. 2. The manual is pretty straightforward (See Screenshot)
  12. Gotcha, not a bug, normal behavior. I can see that that could be helpful in other instances.
  13. Hi Forum, I'm experiencing a bug with track naming via my custom patches, maybe someone can help me out. I organize my instruments (Kontakt, EW, etc.) with user patches. When I load them on a new instrument track everything loads well (color & name). When I duplicate a track and then load a custom patch on it, the color gets transferred, but the name doesn't change. Any ideas? Thanks
  14. Nice, I just wanted to post that I found the solution and you already put it up there. Thanks for stickin' with me!
  15. CMD-A and move all tracks more than 3 bars, or look for the tracks that have the negative offset and change these? LOGIC usually doesn't like a negative offset even though it is possible to create one. Any reason you might need an offset? Hi Frances, Ye, I see your point, but dragging all regions past bar 1 doesn't solve the problem. Check this project right here: the regions start at different places but importing them crams the first few bars of every region.
