  1. Yes, sorry. That is what I meant. The issue does disappear when I bypssed the control surfaces. I am going to go through the controller assignments to try and weed out the culprit. Thank you so much for helping me with this!
  2. Yes, i did the test and there were no problems there.
  3. Yes, MIDI from my keyboard is being received
  4. Yes. I have tried different cables and switched ports as well. I use a Focusrite 6i6c which to my understanding, is 'Plug & Play' and doesn't require a driver.
  5. Whenever I select different MIDI or Audio channels to record or edit, I lose MIDI input signal for about 10 seconds. I play my keyboard controller and hear nothing. At various times I will hear a sustained tone from the selected patch before the MIDI is received and I can play normally. It also happens when I add a new track to the session or if I choose to re-record a part I'm not satisfied with. It doesn't matter if I'm running Kontakt, EX24, PLAY, etc. Anytime I switch to a new track I temporarily lose MIDI input. My MIDI signal goes USB out from my keyboard to USB in on Mac Pro port. However, it also does the same with MIDI OUT to MIDI IN on my interface. I can't figure out what it is. Any ideas? I'm running Logic 10.4.7 on Mojave 10.14.16
