If anyone know for host as AU LAB, but I need that open just midi FX(disabled audio)....Let me know, or please PM me or write here. Or I should open new thread for this? Not sure I would like to use midiFX without that cpu become hot for midi processing.

YEs i know this, but in midi mode I don't see them(disable audio interface). I am using for monitoring "external instrument" soundcard software cuemix of motu with DSP chip, promoted as zero latency monitoring. Is really fine to play especialy when using midi pickup on guitar which have some latency(lower string more latency) and is fun to play on external gear.

How you use midi plugins as arpeggiator for external synth? Or is locked midi fx to audio? I found out that in DP can work midi fx in midi mode(bypassed audio). I would like to use all midi fX plugins also in mainstage that add hot cpu if want to be near zero latency. I mean logic have great midi plugins, also have support for third party plugins I would like to use from MIDI FX LIST... Or maybe anyone know for auv3 midi plugin host, that have disabled soundcard?

Did you read my messige? I had the same problem. Do you have selected midi track as me to get record midi data? I figured out : always need to be on midi track, R knob on midi track is not enought to be recorded.... I hope apple will soon repair this becouse i have some jams on guitar where midi data was not recorded even with R on midi track ( so you need to be sure that soft instrument is selected track on timeline)....

Good News Lol Haha, I send in last days - few times this bug to apple logic pro X team. I found out that I can record JUST if midi channel is choosen or selected. I am recording multiple audio guitars + midi pickup fishmen and I need to SELECT midi track that is recorded - Red button R is not enought must be selected track. I have few audio takes without midi data.

Hi there, I need help from expert for live monitoring where I want that each of " 24 cpu/threads is for 24 tracks". Please for help or template "24 x open "guitar rig 5 of NI" on each of 24 audio tracks comming from 24 inputs of soundcard" that every thread/ proccesor of 24 will work for each track of 24 for MONITORING in realtime becouse now are used 2 of 24 threads in cpu monitoring." --- Settings: 512 buffersize, cpu: playback& monitoring, 96khz --------- And after this process - I want to mix recorded tracks with i/o plugin open at least 24 times on each of track to send audio to analog stompboxes amd gear ( combinated with plugins) to search for sound. I have 96 input / outputs for analog mixing (i have few mixers connected) - where I can have 4x io plugin open per 24 tracks for 96 total to mix 24 tracks. So I need to find template that will work And need suggestions from expert. Thanks a lot!
