  1. Hey ravez I suspect they won't add anything to your workflow because by the sounds of it you are manually mapping your hardware to your software. I like using smart controls because I don't have to do any mapping. They are pre assigned to my hardware. It's just a shame they stop working when in stacks.
  2. Hi all It seems that this issue doesn't effect everyone! I just saw footage of Spitfire Audios, Christian Henson adjusting the parameters of a cello in a stack, contained in a Spitfire Audio (SFA) template. It's not so clear form the video, but I have the template and the track he's automating is in a stack. Perhaps if this issue is only affecting some users, it explains why such a major issue has been ignored for so many years and updates..? I'm wondering if it might be some kind of settings issue..? Cheers Joey Dolezal
  3. Hi all I am unable to adjust Smart Control parameters with external hardware of instruments contained in stacks. I thought this was a Logic Pro fault (that was being ignored) due to this forum: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=107045&hilit=smart+controls+track+stacks However I just saw footage of Spitfire Audios, Christian Henson adjusting the parameters of a cello in a stack, contained in a Spitfire Audio (SFA) template. Any experience users got some advice? I would greatly appreciate it, been struggling with this for some time. Cheers Joey Dolezal
  4. Hi David. Thanks for clearing that up! It was just a coincidence that after trying to change the default track behaviour I stared a session with all audio where the last was mostly MIDI.
  5. Perhaps this has changed now. I changed all clips from green to blue in one session and it's carried over to any new sessions I open. ***I was mistaken see next post***
