Hello Logic Users I`ve recorded a new song - named “Sunplin”. I`ve bought the archetype Plini vst from neural Dsp and used it completely for the guitar. For the drums i used the ezdrummer. The Mastering was really hard work, only with a lot of YouTube lessons i could figured it out. Let me know, if you have any questions about the recording or the music as well. Hello Logic Pro Helpers I´ve bought an apple macbook pro 16" base model (thank you for your support here in the forum) and here is my first track, which i´ve recorded on my new Computer It is a long track for a theater/musical - and that are my thoughts about the script. For the acoustic guitar, i only used a rode nt1a microphone and for the electric guitar, i used the plini vst instrument. Drums are the EZ Drummer from toontrack. For all the rest, i used the basic logic pro x instruments! I´ve recorded the song in about 2 months - the mixing and the mastering were very difficult and i absolutely underestimated it. But with a lot of help via youtube and google ... it finally worked somehow. Thank you very much for listening (and sorry for my bad english). Best Regards Ray

It so sad, that you cańt upgrade the memory anymore. But what is more important - the processor or the memory? With my old Laptop, i worked with Cubase, you cant get enough from memory in the pc. But all the videos about benchmarks with logic, the processor is sooo important. I don’t know.

Hello LogicPro Members, i´ve just ordered the macbook pro 16" base model (i7, 16gb Ram, 512 ssd) for logic pro x. Do you think, the specs are okay for: Recording with some guitar and drum plugins. Recording Vocals and Acoustic Guitar with microphones. I´ve watched many videos on youtube - and to my surprise, the i9 processor was more important than more memory (in my case - upgrade to 32GB) ... The upgrade to more memory is soooo expensive, but the upgrade to the i9 with an 1TB SSD (and better Graphic Card: 5300 -> 5500) is "acceptable" in my opinion. Do you have any experience with the new MBP? Thank you so much, best regards btw: I want to record this type of music again
