  1. My problem is that this actually goes beyond just user interface for me. the faders are so short that the tiniest changes make big jumps in DBS . it's sometimes hard to get the perfect level when you're dealing with small increments. Is there a way to adjust this? ps I'm used to nice long faders in Pro Tools where this has never been a problem. thanks
  2. DeathMeister welcome to the unlogical world of logic. lol. Here's the thing I find with logic. Ive been a Pro Tools guys for years now but find myself recently needing to work on logic due to the type of work coming my way that requires more midi and basically more electronic music capability. It surely is better that PT in that regard but they sure know how to over complicate what should be simple things. Take this topic we have here for instance of doing something as simple as rearranging tracks in the mixer window (in PT u just grab it and move it.) Logic makes you jump through hoops to get it done, like they'll have 52 ways to do it and its 32 levels deep. Why not just give us one solid easy way to do it? Im really tryin to love Logic it but geesh. lol Ima keep on trying though. Its getting a little more understandable bit by bit.
  3. Is there any way to just turn (bypass) a flex pitch edit on and off to hear affected and unaffected versions??
  4. Im having the same issue. Wheres the "Flex button on the track header in the Tracks area?" thanks
  5. Thanks for the reply Dave but here's whats happening. I have an 8 bar groove thats pretty straight because Ive already turned the fills knob all the way down. Basic. But now, I actually want to create a fill at bar 8 to transition into the next part of the song, so I split the region at the 8 bar so that i can just manipulate that section (the 8th bar) independently. All is fine so far and Im able to do just that.. BUT, whats happening is that a fill is created at the end of bar 7 also, no matter what i do. Then If i try to isolate bar 7 by splitting that region to turn the fills bars all the way down for bar 7 alone, a new fill is created at the end of bar 6, lol. And so on and so on. Hopefully u get what Im talking about.
  6. HiDavid, I know this is an old thread but has anyone figured out how to split regions without inserting fills everywhere?
