I'm on a Macbook Air running Mojave 10.14.6. I'm using Logic 10.5.0. I recently updated to Logic 10.5, and I've been unable to do anything.
When I load any sampler instrument - a third-party or a stock plugin, it appears greyed out, and it doesn't make any sound. When I click on it to try open it, it doesn't open anything either. I also noticed that when I try to click on another track or on the + sign, or move the playhead, none of those work. When I press spacebar to start playing, it waits about 2 seconds before the playhead starts moving, and when it does, it stops right at the first bar, without me touching anything. The metronome also doesn't make any sound. I've attached a photo where you can see the software instrument greyed out.
