  1. I had some trouble with a particular plugin not showing up under logic but was fine in waveburner. I was instructed to remove the plugins cache. After which all of my 3rd party plugins disappeared and logic will not reinitialize them. Any help would be appreciated.
  2. A bit more detail. Signature added and these are all instruments inside logic
  3. For some reason when I copy a midi section some of the notes do not play. I dont remember this being an issue before and i can only hope I pulled another idiot moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  4. My wife was nice enough to purchase 2 ipads for me and my son on it's release day. This was completely unexpected and neither of us had any intention of buying one. I found out pretty quick that what I normally do on my MacBook pro I Am now using my iPad for. Monday I was at a clients house for dinner and I broke out the iPad to pass around. In about an hour we had produced the music track, recorded extra keys and tracked all of the vocals. This track will be commercially released. What does this all mean? I LOVE my iPad!!!!! Daw - studio tracks Music produced in groove maker The internal mic was used with a standard pop filter. When the album is released the artist will let me put up the studio tracks files. Video and pics coming soon.
  5. http://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=47051&highlight= This seems to be the perfect fit for me. Good luck and if you need any more help just ask
  6. David, I think I have missed something in Logic Pro 9. Sometimes I get a marker change while other times it does not work.
  7. This template comes from my fight to find the perfect solution to get my stems into my summing mixer and still be able to hear the NON Summed mix. 24 channels 8 stereo outs AUX to route Stems to Stereo (1/2) output 24 Track Summed.logic.zip
  8. Thanks for the help guys I built a 24 track template with 16 summed sends. I would post it but how many people have an Equinox and uses logic 9...LOL thanks EDIT: I just realized that this same template would work with ANY external summing system since most consoles have a STEREO RETURN Plus the sends going to the various channels on the console. This would give you the same option of monitoring the summed and direct signal. I will post the template in the correct location.
  9. thanks for the help. For some reason I rmember this being really easy with a hardware console and a TT patchbay....LOL
  10. I think this is where I am confused. ITs the feed from the stems TO my stereo 1/2 again. I am not sure If I am comprehending what you are saying. Here is a screen cap to see if I am close.
  11. Sorry about this. What I want to do is send my stems to my summing mixer. Logic 9 is telling me that 1/2 is my stereo send. My summing mixer treats 1/2 as the DAW input only so my stems have to start at 3-16. My summing mixer has a switch that separates 1/2 from 3-16 In the DAW position you cannot hear channels 3/16 In the summed position you cannot hear 1/2 I need to send all of my stems SUMMED in logic to 1/2 AND stems 3-16 to the analog summing mixer. This way I can A/B the mix. To add more confusion I am also returning the analog summed outputs BACK into a channel on logic to record the summed stems
  12. Ok.....lets see if I can explain this. I have all of my stems 3-16 going to a summing mixer so I can monitor the summed sound. It is possible to also route each channel to a 2 track out on the stereo out 1/2 in LP9? This would allow me to A/B the summed non-summed separately. Summing is done through a Shadow Hills Equinox Converters are lynx auroras. Thanks for any assistance
  13. audio..... Now that the client left.....it works. However, now I have some other really cool stuff happening. Strange marks in the piano roll. Im ok.....I will live with the odd stuff until the fixes come out...LOL
