  1. Actually I kind of solved it. I copy/pasted all the regions into a new project. It will take some extra work but not that bad. The automations are missing for example. I'll do a new template as well. Thanks David!
  2. I tried to convert to new regions (i just selected all the regions) but the problem persists. Other unselected regions still change.
  3. Yes I did template for her a long time ago so the project was created in an earlier version. I'll try...
  4. Damn you're fast! 😉 It's my wife's podcast project. Logic 10.7.9 on her pretty new MacBook Pro. Ok I never heard of audio clones.
  5. Hello! I'm having trouble moving/dragging/adjusting the length of the regions. When I do it it affects some of the other regions (not all but some) that aren't selected and aren't on the same track. All the sudden a lot of regions in other tracks are completely off place or shortened or extended. What is going on? Kind regards
  6. Hello! I'm trying to help my wife who's doing a professional podcast. Whenever she uses the commando "D" or "Delete and Move" from a region, Logic crashes with a massive failure report that's jibberish to me. Can anyone understand the problem? She has a brand new MacBook Pro M2 16GB Ventura 13.4 and the latest version of Logic (10.7.8). Can anyone help? It's pretty urgent because she has deadlines and this is an important job and the Delete and Move-funtion is critical. 7. Ok I'll try. Sounds logical...and yes it worked, thanks!
  8. I'm suspecting that when the band recorded the song the tempo was set on something else, and afterwards we changed the tempo of the project. So it's impossible to use Flex&Follow after that?
  9. Hmm something seems to be fundamentally wrong. Also when I turn on Flex&Follow it wants to adjust the hole track and messes up the tempo. Is there some hidden tempo information that screws everything up? I just want to do some manual flex edits, nothing automatic.
  10. Hi Everyone! I'm having trouble using the Flex Pitch function to "tune" a guitar (I'm playing with capo and some notes are out of tune). But when I activate Flex Pitch it starts messing with tempo too, making it sound weird. I only want to change pitch, no quantizing or tempo fix. What am I doing wrong? All the best!/Rick
  11. Yeah ok. Well we don't use headphones at the moment, only the drummer listening to the click from his Roland v-drums. But now that I know, we'll figure something out that works for us. Thanks guys!
  12. Dang it! So how do you guys do it? I'm the one pressing REC on the computer. Should I count 1-2-3-4 instead of the drummer?! That feels wrong
  13. Hi Guys and Girls! I'm trying to find a quick way to align different takes from all the band members. We play to a click so all takes are at the same pace, but the starting point of each take is not aligned (eg take 1 we talked a bit before starting to play, take 2 we started directly after hitting REC...). This means that all the band members are aligned in each take but take 1 is not synced with take 2. I tried using the unpacking and exporting to new tracks method but this is very tedious with many band members and many takes. Is there a quick way to select ALL take 1s and shifting them horizontally without shifting the other takes? All the best Rick
