Is this still required in current versions??????

How do I remedy this situation? It is rescanning my Kilohertz plugins (from the Slate Bundle) each time. I've reinstalled and checked that they're in the components folder, but still doing it.

Here is what is scanning each time. It actually appears to be all my Kilohertz plugins. What would be causing only them to scan upon startup?

Every time Logic restarts, it rescans my STOCK plugins. All of my third party plug-ins are fine. I don't really understand how this could happen or how to correct it.

I get the following error when I try to install, which is crazy because I don't even have ProTools installed, never have on this machine, and don't even have the referenced folder. I've even tried creating it with a blank file, and still get same: Error deleting BFD3.aaxplugin. Please ensure Protools isn't running, or delete /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/BFD3.aaxplugin manually, and try again. This installation will now abort

I have the same question. What is kick comp and where is it being fed from, as there appears to be no bus 13?
