  1. Is there any command to delete all the parts of a region that are not be automated? Bit like erasing silent areas command
  2. They all disappear completely, things like fader assignments etc
  3. sure, that's why I was wondering why they disappear upon opening old projects
  4. I'm finding that if I open an older Logic project I lose all the controller assignments I've made - is this a known issue? Logic 10.6.3, Catalina
  5. Hold down Select buttons on channels 1 and 2 on start up apparently
  6. Reset the mackie to factory settings?
  7. Anyone know how to stop the pop up videos appearing all the time? Android phone Thanks...
  8. If you've got a Mackie control surface and another keyboard connected and you want to use midi learn utilising the keyboard controls, is there a way to avoid those assignments clashing with the Mackie control assignments?
  9. anyone upgraded an unsupported mac to big sur using the patcher? wonder if its worth it to get the logic update
  10. Just to update this, the problem seems to be that when in standard midi mode you need to have the ports in control surface set up to: output: any Input: all. then it just behaves like any midi controller and doesn't conflict with the Mackie mapping
  11. I probably tried that, anyway I tried changing the cc numbers of the encoders in the editor so they don't clash with the Mackie mapping, seems to have worked to some degree , will be pursuing that avenue for both layers now, thanks for the reply
