I might have the same problem. When recording a hardware synth by external midi, the audio is to early compared to the midi note which triggered the synth. Sometimes when recording just audio , it might happen sometimes that the audio is also 'recorded to early ' really enoying and embarising when a musician played a good take... I don't trust Logic anymore timewise...
