  1. Thanx Atlas007. Tried several settings in a new 'clean' Logic project, but the first ½ second (or so) won't play the first time... See the attached image for the cell settings Allthough this is a bug, there must be some kind of workaround possible ... Anyone? It would be greatly appreciated!! Thnx, Jeroen
  2. Thnx David. That’s a real bummer. I did read someone saying that this bug didn’t occur, when ‘putting midi quantize on in the arrangement view’ (???). Does anyone have an idea what this might mean? Thnx
  3. Hi, Directly after recording a cell (audio), the cells start playing (as intended) but doesn't play the first note (or more specifically: the first 0.5 second or so). This first note has been recorded correctly however, because from the second time on, it loops completely. Could someone please help me tackle this issue? It's a blocking issue for my workflow, since I'm using loops live. I'm using Logic pro 10.6.3 on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 Thnx, Jeroen
  4. Your tip worked, thnx!! Why I need this is to use a MIDI channel that isn’t used, so that ‘no wires will get crossed’. The bigger picture here is to simulate the Zen audio alk2 functionality in Logic
  5. Thnx!! I’ll look into my Maschine mk3 documentation. Gr, Jeroen
  6. Hi, In my Key Commands / Assignments column all my assignments are send through MIDI channel 1. I'd like them to be sent through MIDI channel 10. How d I do this? Greeting, Jeroen
  7. I'm pretty sure your solution will work, but I have trouble getting it to work. So, after some research, I think what I should do is: - Configure an IAC bus with Apple's Audio/MIDI setup appl. And making sure the IAC driver is online. - In Logic creating an External MIDI track (let's call this the Arrange track). In the External instrument plugin I'll choose the IAC bus in the MIDI destination. Furthermore I'll choose a MIDI channel of which I'm sure it will not be used for other purposes. If I understand correctly, this track will send the information to the IAC bus. - So, what is sent to the IAC bus by the Arrange track, has to find its way back into Logic: In the Window / Open MIDI environment / Clicks & Ports I will then connect the Physical input to the Sequencer input. Could you comment whether these steps are correct? My second question is: how do I get the correct actions (start/stop play/record Live loops) in this Arrange track? I guess I have to use the Learn Mode, but I'm not really sure how this works without a hardware controller (I do have one, but I'm assuming that I won't need one for this purpose). Hope you can help me out a bit further. Thnx!!!
  8. Hi, I got interested in Live loops, because zenaud.io ALK2 stopped developing. With this software I could pre-determine when (in the song) recording would start in a cell from a certain input and when it would be played. So, ideal for live solo performances when I wanted to build up songs quickly. I hoped to find this functionality in Live Loops, but couldn't find it. Does anyone know whether this functionality is available? Thnx, Jeroen
