Seeing I'm a bass player / guitarist, I use superior 2.0 for my drums and thats been fine up until now I've been offered an 'interesting amount' to record a friends band who want real drums. I'm looking to buy some mid range priced m...

Just wondering if anyone knows of any good books that could have some good information on audio quantising for logic. I'm mainly interested in tightening up drum tracks.

I have a multiple amount of midi notes all with different velocities.

Presonus Inspire Firewire Question.

I have borrowed a Presonus Inspire 1394 off a friend, and I am just up to plugging it into my iMac, from the back of the interface runs a 6 pin firewire plug to a 4 pin plug in my mac. Problem is my mac has 6 pin inputs only. Can I simply buy a 4 to 6 pin adapter ? Or will it work if I buy a 6 pin t...

Borrowed Mbox 2

I have borrowed an Mbox 2 from a friend, connected the usb cable, and now it's not being detected and no lights turn on when my mac is switched on.

It works fine on my friends old pc, but is there any reason why it shouldnt be working?

thanks!

If I decide my snare needs more reverb on it is there any way of being able to do that in ultrabeat instead of having to physically go back and put more reverb on my sample and then re-load it into ultrabeat?

Ultrabeat

Hey all, I have single-hit drum samples on my computer and I was just wondering how I could use those samples in conjunction with ultrabeat. I've tried a few things but it never seems to end up being just my sample when played back. Usually my sample plus the original are both audible or my sample s...
