I apologise, you are correct. This is another topic.

Don't hesitate to start a new thread for that topic, so that we can help further troubleshoot it there.

Re: Pops Using flex time with multiple tempo changes

Did you create tempo changes after you've recorded the audio?

Re: Low Microphone Volume

How high does the recording peak. Meaning, if you playback the audio track after you're done recording it, with the fader set to zero, and no plug-ins inserted, what peak level do you see (at the top of the meter on the channel strip)?

Re: Smart Control External Assignments not working

Ok then try this: 1. Quit Logic. 2. In the Finder, hold down the option key while you click the "Go" menu at the top of your screen and choose Go > Library. 3. Inside the Library folder, open the Preferences folder. 4. Find and trash com.apple.logic.pro.cs 5. Restart your Mac. 6. Reopen Lo...

Re: Smart Control External Assignments not working

So you still have control surface assignments listed there. When you choose Logic Pro > Control Surfaces > Setup, make sure there are no devices there?

Re: Can't find Logic Pro on Mac

Hi Ganesh, It's possible that when you migrated your own data, you've overwritten the apps previously installed on the Mac. However to put things in perspective, when you purchase a Mac with apps installed, you're still not licensed to use those apps, meaning that legally, they're not yours to use. ...

Re: Saving User Patches Problem in a Template Topic is solved

Oh great! Good to hear it was that simple in the end. The answer is always simple... once you know it. I had no idea these separator-tracks (I've seen that trick being used before) would create issues, so it's good to know. Thanks for letting us know what resolved this issue.

Re: Relative automation causing fader level to jump to -6dB

(for all the good it'll do) No no it does a whole lot of good actually. I know it's frustrating because you never (or rarely) get any answer back, and many times the bugs end up not being fixed. But you'd be surprised how many times they get a report and fix the bug right away for the next release,...

Re: Relative automation causing fader level to jump to -6dB

Ok I had a quick look and it appears it's a bug I would agree indeed. It's as if when you don't have any absolute volume automation, it reads the relative automation as absolute. Only relative automation does not have the same reference as absolute. When the relative fader is on 0, that matches the ...

Re: Saving User Patches Problem in a Template Topic is solved

I am a little confused by your description. When you save a patch in the Library, the patch is saved in ~/Music/Audio Music Apps/Patches/ and then in the folder that corresponds to the type of patch: /Instrument/ for software instrument patches, /Audio/ for audio track patches, etc. Any project you ...

Re: Question About Logic w/M1

Hey Damion, while I don't use an M1 machine myself, I have used a MacBook Air (Intel) since 2013 and it's an impressive machine already. As for M1 processors, I've worked with clients who worked with them, whether Mac mini or MacBook Air, and I can confidently say that they're very powerful, stable ...

Re: Apple Silicon (M1, M2) Compatibility: AU Plug-Ins, Software, Hardware

I’ve just heard back from Baby Audio regarding Apple Silicon support: Great, I'm adding TAIP in native and the rest under Rosetta, thanks! For those that like experimenting with Generative Music, Wotja21 is now M1 Native. Thanks! The text doesn't specify, is it supporting M1 Natively, or under Rose...

Re: Serial Number LPX 10.6

Yes just log in with the correct Apple ID, the same one you had used to purchase Logic Pro, and you'll be able to download Logic Pro again from the "Purchased" tab of the App Store, on any Mac you wish! :D

Not sure what you mean by serial number. Your license to use Logic Pro is tied to your Apple ID. Just log onto the App Store with the Apple ID used to purchase that license and you can download Logic Pro.

Re: SCORE: Triplet and/or 12/8 notation problems

Can you share an example of a Logic project? I didn't have too much trouble programming a simple line in the Piano Roll so that it would look like either of those (the 4/4 one I had to choose 4,12 as my display quantize): Screen Shot 2021-10-13 at 23.01.58.png Screen Shot 2021-10-13 at 22.59.27.png
