Re: Searchable track list

+1 Logic needs this asap. Let's face it, adding code to filter the list would probably take an hour. I don't believe that it's that easy too add otherwise it would've already been implemented. If you want this feature to be part of LPX I highly recommend to let the developers know via the feedback ...

Re: Export Smart Tempo Track

Thats easy.

Just make the smart tempo analysis.

Then apply region tempo to project tempo.

Create an empty instrument or midi track.

Add a region and insert a note over the length of the tempo information.

Export selected region as midifile.

Open midi in studio one.

Re: Inline Editor

Good call Sascha,

I like how the link of piano roll and tracks view works in both Studio One and Cubase.

Regarding the inline editing. It’s only sufficient in use cases where a certain vertical zoom level allows the user to interact easily with the content.

search in and filter plugin list, sidechain list, bus list

It would speed up the user workflow if it where possible to search and filter the plugin list via a build in spotlight search to narrow down that list and make it quicker to choose the plugin. The same goes for the sidechain list in each plugin window. I personally would like to quickly narrow down ...

Re: Request NEW Time strech & Pitch Algorithm

I would like better time stretching algorithms as well. I used to use Serato Pitch 'n Time back with earlier versions of Logic. When Logic went 64 bit, Pitch n Time did not. Don't know if it's even still around... Serato integrated it into its plugin called Sample. So yes it’s still around in a way

Another option would be to drag the locator selection into the marquee ruler, just like you would create markers

Good call but to be a little egoistic about please have a key command to create a marquee selection like the marquee ruler does :o)

Create a global Marquee selection from locators - key command

It would round out the marquee selection workflow if the user could create a global transform from locator (cycle) position to a marquee selection without reaching for the marquee ruler! Meaning the user can convert a locator (cycle) selection to a global marquee selection by 1. Establish a locator ...

recall previous marquee selection via a separate marquee selection history

A simple but crucial workflow enhancement that was available in Soundtrack Pro was the ability to recall previously made marquee selections. There was a selection history tool that cycles between previous selections. Think about this. Some of us use the marquee tool a lot. It would help if we could ...
