josep skitto Posted May 10, 2022 Share Posted May 10, 2022 the first picture is hp 12db creamy and has filter fm knob, but second picture is hp 12 db gritty and has drive knob. i wonder why they are using different knob even if they are same hipass filter. and what is use of drive knob and filter fm knob? and what's difference? des99 Posted May 10, 2022 Share Posted May 10, 2022 (edited) They are different filters, with different features and different sound characters. The "Gritty" one has a more distorted sound and the drive knob lets you control this. The "Creamy" one has an FM amount knob instead as it's additional parameter, which lets you frequency modulate the filter.
