Shahram Omidvar
Hello Colleagues, Whilst Studio Strings has got lots of in built and adjustable controls, but it is somewhat tiresome to get the right sound out of them without adding some cosmetics. To begin with the 40 to 50 milliseconds of delay has to be negatively applied to attune them with the rest of the instruments. Also whilst the very dry (default) and extreme (tremolo,...) available at note level, but pre-programmed features such as mild and medium modulation is not available and the user has to graph things to work out what she/he needs - after all if possible. Can someone make a reference to a user friendly setup procedure to address these; or the Logic colleagues consider these points for the upcoming updates, please. Below is an example of one of my productions with Logic which involves this:

Resorting to that kind of workaround is the name of the game with all sample libraries out there as far I know. Most orchestral composers end up using negative delay to compensate for the slow attack of some samples, depending on the tempo of the piece and the desired result. des99
Yep, it's common these days for detailed sample libraries to include the complete attack of the sample, rather than where the full "weight" of the note starts (because you'd then lose the attack and it would sound unnatural). So you tend to play early, or compensate afterwards, or adjust the attack time to your needs if you want to tighten them up.
Shahram Omidvar
You are both right. I should emphasise is for the default delay value for strings, which might be better to be lowered (to represent earlier attack), yet adjustable - as is.
