GeeMan
OK I have only edited EXS24 until now I have made multiple samples that I need to trigger from one note - and sampler is telling me it basically will delete shared keys/notes that aren't velocity split. I need multiple samples to play together from one key on the same velocities. How do I quickly map my samples to the same key as we used to in EXS24? fuzzfilth
Put them in separate Groups.
GeeMan
Yeah, thx. I have just worked this out. So to play 20 samples at once, to recreate a crowd chant etc... you need to program up 20 groups, unlike in EXS24.
fuzzfilth
Yes, if you really want to play 20 samples on one key. I'd rather put 20 samples on 20 keys to keep control over the micro timing and volume, or bounce 20 tracks to stereo and put that one sample on one key. GeeMan
Yes, this is just how I've always done it. And I have the samples set up differently on a few keys for variation. Thanks! Edited May 22, 2022 by GeeMan
