Logic Pro Help

I know I can split a midi note at 1/4 note intervals etc with ALT+Scissors.
Is there a way to split a wav/audio segment the same way?

I'd like to split a track by 1/8 note triplets without having to scissor each spot manually

But I'm now looking to see how I can define the length of the cuts (I know I can just cut it and it'll cut equal measurements)

Is there a way to cut it at irregular lengths such as 1/4 note triplets?

I was looking for a quantize button (duh)
