Jaxon1611
Hello i've been using my midi controller in logic for years all of sudden it has stopped working. I have tried a lot of options. I have checked my midi signal and everything seems to be received except through Logic. I've tried to bybass control surfaces and lots of other things and nothing. Please help
David Nahmani
I have checked my midi signal and everything seems to be received except through Logic. How did you check your MIDI signal exactly? A good way to check is to download the (free) utility MIDI Monitor and see if your Mac receives MIDI events when you press keys on your MIDI Controller. Which MIDI Controller is that? Jaxon1611
Thankyou. Yes I have tested it on the Midi monitor program and it is picking it up. The controller is Nektar Impact gx69
redgreenblue
Is it visible in Clicks and Ports?
Jaxon1611
Not in logic but in the midi monitor yes
David Nahmani
Not in logic If you don't see it on the Physical Input object in Logic that means Logic is not recognizing the keyboard. I know you said you've tried it before, but right now, are control surfaces bypassed?
redgreenblue
I would check the MIDI preferences to see if the controller has been unselected as an input.
