route-electrique
I happen have very good EQ, Avalon 2055, which has two mono channels (no stereo link). How do i set my EQ in LogicX so i can use it process mono tracks?. Reason why i'm asking, is my default template has been brought from Logic 8 and 9, and there i'm using busses feeding aux. Like in this thread: http://www.logicprohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=41101&highlight=external and busses can't be mono, can they?. And last of all is this Bus channel feeding Aux scheme with external effects still valid to use with LogicX. Or can this be done simpler way? 8). I'm looking to build template where i can easily process stereo and mono tracks through my external processors.
David Nahmani
Use a mono i/o plug-in. Busses can transport mono signals, and Auxes can be mono and support mono plug-ins (click the two interleaved circles at the top of the Aux to get a single circle).
